Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides and oversees nursing care in accordance with physician orders, professional standards of practice, and state regulations. The RN serves as a leader on the unit by supporting nursing staff and ensuring exceptional resident care and clinical outcomes.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive Resident assessments
Monitor, evaluate, and report changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
Supervise LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants
Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Ensure accurate and compliant documentation
Promote a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
Active, unrestricted RN license in North Carolina
Current CPR certification required
Long-term care experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills

Qualifications
